The Herb Garden this year is fuller than ever. Even after our "cold" winter, the plants are lush and green. You can see chamomile in the foreground, Mexican Oregano, Poliomintha, on the left and a large Oregano on the right. The copper tower has a 'Pinkie' climbing rose planted in it.
![]() The large rosemary in the left side of the picture balances out the large oregano on the right. In the forground the pink flowers are Evening Primrose, nearby are bluebonnets and a large poppy not yet in bloom . I like these wildflowers so much, I grow in the flower beds. The blue window frame makes an interesting trellis in the garden.....no glass to break. |

I couldn't resist including this picture on the right, taken from our front porch. This is why I love living in the countryside here in central Texas. The moon is framed by 2 of our many pecan trees.
