Top 5 Organic Lunches to Replace College Food

When you lived with your parents, you took organic school lunches in your backpack. Your parents would prepare your organic lunch box with great dedication. 

But then you started college and your entire life turned upside down. Should we even start talking about the food you eat? Pizza, burgers, coke, huge sandwiches, Snickers bars, and any other type of junk food you could think of.

  1. Stuffed Avocado Chicken Salad

You should fit an avocado in your meals whenever possible. It contains fiber and more potassium than a banana.

2. Bacon and Egg Tortellini

Boil the eggs, peel them and slice them. 

Cook tortellini in water with salt. 

Combine everything together and use your favorite spices to make it tasty.

3. Organic Stuffed Zucchini Tacos

This lunch will keep you full, so you won’t think about snacks while working on your assignments. Think about it: good food will keep you focused, so you’ll avoid the need to buycheap assignments for students. The stuffed zucchini take a bit longer to prepare, but you’ll be working on assignments while they are in the oven. 

You’ll need ground organic meat, finely chopped pepper, onion, some olive oil, and your favorite herbs for seasoning. That’s the filling. You’ll also need two zucchinis cut in half, lengthwise. 

Start the oven to 400 Fahrenheit. Prepare the filling in a pan. You’ll combine all ingredients (but not the meat) and cook them in olive oil for about three minutes. Then you’ll add the meat and seasoning, and you’ll cook for 10 more minutes. Fill the zucchini boats with this mixture, cover with aluminum foil and cook for 15 minutes. 

4. Rice Cakes & Rice Crackers with Hummus

This meal requires NO cooking. You just get organic rice cakes and crackers from the store, some organic hummus and all the veggies and other ingredients that you like. 

Get creative with avocado, peppers, tomatoes, sprouts, ricotta, cucumber, tamari, pistachios… you’re the chef here! 

5. Organic Smoothie Bowl

The smoothie bowl isn’t just for breakfast. You can have it whenever you need a boost of energy. This can be a snack, but it’s also good as a standalone meal. A smoothie bowl is full of fiber and nutrients. 

Try a green one first! Blend mango, spinach, banana, pineapple, avocado, and some almond milk. You can add some granola if you want to stay full for hours after the bowl. That’s the foundation. Top it up with berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and anything else that tastes good and makes the bowl look pretty.
